Get Outta the Road

Written by Dusty Collins Wednesday, 08 July 2009 17:19

I’m not sure if I previously stated that I ride my bicycle all over, so here’s a little something to let you know what it’s like.
I ride my bike all over. Whether it be to the grocery store, the park, the post office, and even a few of my buddies houses. I love my bike!

Ahh Parking Tickets

Parking Tickets, Parking Tickets. I hate them! Not because they cause any damage or hurt me in any way. The fact that I'll have to take time out of my day to either go to City Hall or write a check doesn't even bother me. The money, that's not my issue with parking tickets either.

The Cyber Cafe Experience

Written by Dusty Collins Wednesday, 10 June 2009 20:13

I had a great time! A few friends and I took off Thursday night for our first Cyber Café experience. Sure I had been there before... Once. It was a hot day. I would say summer day, but the weather around here hasn't necessarily been summer like. Any who, I was coming back from Rec Park after just hanging out, catching some sun. Of course, I was on my bike. And as I rolled past the Cyber Café, it hit me. A friend from high school worked there. So I stopped in. It was a quick stop. More of a pit stop than a chance to take in the atmosphere. I was only there for a drink and the use of the facility. I walked in, ordered a pint of exotic beer, and out the back door I went. The time it took to throw back a pint was spent on the back porch. It's peaceful and nicely paved with field stones. The peacefulness comes from the brook and waterfall in which the seating area encases.
But Thursday was different!

About Me

Written by Dusty Collins Monday, 27 April 2009 23:26

050I am Dusty Collins.  I was born and raised in Windsor, NY.  Though not far from downtown Binghamton, I never got to see the real Beauty of the City.  I recently moved into an apartment Downtown.  I loved the idea of being in the city.  After all, I am from Windsor.  I grew up on twenty acres of the most beautiful, quiet countryside locals have seen.  I spent many of my childhood years wandering through the woods, climbing trees, building tree houses, and some days just running through an open field aimlessly.  I loved the winter time!
